Can I Squeeze You In for a Mini Before Year-End?

Hey Reader!

I filled up eleven memory cards in under four days. That's photographer-talk for hundreds (and hundreds!) of dreamy photos. 😅

With seven more family sessions coming up this weekend, I'm knee-deep in edits over here… and just feeling incredibly grateful this is what I get to do. 🥰

And I know today is probably a swirl of reinforcing costume glue, class parties, and candy negotiations… so I’ll keep it quick.

Here's 3 quick things for you from BGP Land:

1. Two more mini session dates just opened!
After a bunch of requests (and some calendar Tetris), I found space for:

🗓️ Coons Bluff — November 14

🗓️ Morrison Ranch — November 19

And friend, that’s truly it. If you've been waiting to grab a spot, now's the time—before I realize what I’ve done and close them back down. 😉 (Only kind of kidding.)

2. Two adorable birthday blogs are live!
🎂 Everly—my sweet niece

🎂 Mollie—one of my fave BGP girls

They both just turned one and their birthdays were full of cake, world's cutest themes, and chubby cheeks. You can peek at them both on the blog now.

And stay tuned—so many beautiful sessions will be going live on the blog soon!

3. A little Treat 🍬
Use code SweetTreat to get 15% off:

• Anything in the BGP Print Shop
• Or your print order from an upcoming mini (just drop the code in the “Tell Me More” section when you book, and I’ll apply it post-session for you)

Today only. Because treats are more fun when they’re a little spontaneous. 🍭

If you're hitting the sidewalks with the kiddos tonight, may you find the house with the full-size bars. 🍫

Or if you're hiding in the dark with your porch light off & calling it an early bedtime, you're in good company. Enjoy your cozy night in. 😴

Thanks for being here, friend. I love getting to pop into your inbox each week. 🥰

Warmly,

Hi Reader, Most businesses are in full-court-press mode this week. I’m... not. Here's what this week actually looks like for me: I'm not launching anything new or running a flash sale. I'm spending my energy on tying a bow on BGP for 2025 instead of promos this season … that looks more like spreadsheets & journals, than blogs & reels. I’m finishing up my last few sessions of the year & getting my mind wrapped around Spring 2026 Minis The business runs around my life, not the other way...

The homeschoolers have been keeping a secret, Reader … And maybe I’m breaking the homeschooler code by telling you this, but here it goes: When we started homeschooling, one December day we finally cracked. We vulnerably told our seasoned homeschool friends, “Oh boy—how are you all doing this so effortlessly?” They smiled and said, “Oh, we all take December off from school.” Wait…that’s allowed? Yep. You make the rules. Here in Arizona, we want to enjoy December’s cooler days. We rest during...

Hey Reader! I know there are mixed opinions about Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving, but if I could I would string garland and lights around this email for you! 🎄✨ Before your inbox turns into a circus of “LAST CHANCE 50% OFF” subject lines this month, I wanted to slide in with something that feels a little different. I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to build a business with purpose—not just in theory, but in practice. BGP has always been about supporting families, through...
